  1. Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is one of the most proven ways of weight loss. Many celebrities have tried it and successfully achieved their desired goal. You need to divide your day in two cycles. In the first cycle of 16 hours you have to fast and in the other 8 hour cycle you can eat anything.


Suppose you want to start intermittent fasting tomorrow so finish your dinner by 10:00 PM and then eat nothing till the next day’s 2 pm then from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM you can eat anything. This is intermittent fasting.


Intermittent fasting besides losing weight has also many benefits as it increases the HGH(human growth hormone) in our body. Also it reduces the risk of type II diabetes, as blood levels of insulin drop significantly.

2. Choosing the right diet


In today’s fast world we often tend to ignore our health by making wrong food choices. But choosing right food is very important in your fat loss journey


Let’s start with carbohydrates. Carbohydrates or carbs are the main energy sources for our body. There are two types of carbs. The first one are simple carbohydrates which are present in almost every Indian food item like sugar, rice etc. They are the one which our body can digest easily so we tend to get hungry after eating them. 3. Tracking your calories


Tracking your calories is one of the most significant ways to have track of whatever you eat in a day. you can use apps like Healthifyme or MyFitnessPal to track your daily calories.


For example, if you had your breakfast then track the calories you had consumed in your breakfast and follow the same for lunch and dinner too. Make sure you’re not eating more than your TDEE(Total daily energy expenditure) for your weight loss.


4. Walking


Walking is the easiest and most helpful exercise in losing weight. Did you know by just walking 10,000 steps per day you can burn a hefty 400 calories. So have a habit of walking at least 10,000 steps per day. Walking not only helps in weight loss but it has plenty of its own benefits for the body. Walking is very good for the heart, it is the best cardiovascular exercise suggested by the experts.


5. Replace your regular oil with coconut oil


Coconut oil contains less fat than the regular oil you use. In a study, people who used coconut oil have shown to lose 3 centimeters without changing their diet. So make sure you cook your food in coconut oil to fasten your weight loss journey.


6. Rest is important


On average a human body needs 8 hours of rest every day. Never forget to take a rest. Rest is very much important in the weight loss journey. When you exercise your muscles break down and when you take rest your body repairs the muscles which are broken down thereby forming stronger muscles there. So instead of scrolling Instagram make sure you're off to bed an hour early.
