If your hair is dry two washes per week is enough but if your hair scalp is oily you can wash up to 3 days a week. Condition them regularly:

The ones whose hair is not able to produce that much natural oil conditioner is a must for them. Applying conditioner gives a smooth and silky touch. After washing your hair with shampoo, apply the conditioner on your hair. After 5 minutes you can rinse it thoroughly and, you only have to apply it on your hair, not on the scalp.

Use Chemical free shampoo and conditioner:

Don’t use shampoo and conditioner which contains parabens and sulfates. You can check the ingredients of the shampoo on the label of the shampoo or conditioner. Always try to stick with the same brand of shampoo by changing the composition of shampoo we are unknowingly damaging our hairs. And also after washing them don’t comb them with a thin comb because wet hair is prone to breakage and fragile.

Eat a healthy diet:

When it’s time to take care of our hair, everyone tries to change shampoo and give their hair a treatment it will help them for a month but after a month they will be facing the same problem, so before doing anything we first need to change our diet according to our hair.
